“Honesty, Transparency and Integrity are Stacy’s own core values, which she stands by both in her personal and professional life. ”

For Stacy, being a recruiter translates into being a true partner for her candidates and clients - sort of like a matchmaker! Stacy helps solve problems by matching candidates with great employers. She partners with companies that will give her candidates the experience they are looking to gain and a place that they would truly enjoy working at. People value a company’s investment in their employees, and look for companies that offer a good culture, employee investment, growth opportunity, etc.

With initial work experience in customer service, Stacy brings a customer focused approach to recruiting. Stacy does more than simply vet candidates for their experiences and qualifications;  she actively engages and communicates with her candidates to fully understand them, their expectations, their motivations and their career goals. Stacy coaches her candidates through the entire process, from pre-interview, to signing the offer letter, to ensuring that they secure the role/position that represents the right fit.

After being a stay-at-home Mom for 10+ years, Stacy returned to the workforce and worked at an insurance company, where after one year, she was promoted to a Case Manager and then an Inside Sales Specialist. After taking a break to dedicate her time to her family, Stacy decided to give recruiting a try. Turns out that it was exactly what she was called to do! Stacy joined a recruitment agency in 2014 where she worked for 2 years. She then moved into a corporate HR position where she worked as a National Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, Stacy gained valuable experience and learned how the recruitment process works from a corporate perspective. She then returned back to the agency world 2 years later in September 2018, as a Senior Recruiter/National Account Executive. She’s proud to say that she qualified for the President’s Club in 2019 and 2020. These successes come from placing the right candidates at the right companies, and having very high placement and retention rates!

Stacy currently resides in the Greater Toronto Area with her husband Greg, her children Julia, Cameron and Katelyn, and her 2 birds Cheeko and Charlie.

Little known fact about Stacy … in her free time, she enjoys playing online multiplayer video games on her PS4!

Stacy was born and raised in Northern Ontario and has lived in the Toronto area for over 20 years.
