Our client based in Mississauga is seeking a Bilingual Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team.

Role Responsibilities:

- Develop marketing and promotional strategy, including managing external agencies (work extensively
with media buying and creative agencies to support national and local consumer marketing efforts)
- Develop the loyalty program including improved monthly reporting and communication to members
- Extensive marketing planning with accounts to help them build their own yearly marketing plan
- Responsible for the creation and execution of B2B and B2C promotional mailings
- Coordination and collaboration with HQ to roll out global initiatives locally
- Support on national lead gen initiatives with direct impact to product
- Strategic planning and spend of two budgets for two brands
- Responsible for accounting activities for all invoices and transactions


  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business or related programs highly preferred; or equivalent years of experience

  • Must have excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate with customers in French as well

  • A combination of digital and traditional marketing experience is preferred

  • Ability to lead and develop a collaborative team

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time; this includes air travel and driving (qualified candidates must have a driver's licence)
