Our client is looking for a Bilingual (French and English) Account Manager to join their team! If you're someone who is motivated and able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively, then this is the role for you!
Please note that this is an in-office position, where you will be dealing with customers remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Prospect, organize and facilitate the distribution of company information to new accounts
- Follow up on quotes, prospects with existing account base
- Provide continued support to your customer base
- Update customer database and log relevant information
- Grow sales through constant contact within existing account base and prospecting
Requirements
Bilingual in both English and French
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Minimum of 1-2 years in a customer facing role; corporate or retail
Ability to create relationships with internal and external customers
