Our client is seeking a Bilingual (FR/EN) Inside Sales/Account Manager to support all Sales and Business Development aspects for their North American team.

Responsibilities:
• Understand customer needs in order to build and maintain a strong B2B relationship
• Generate new sales opportunities through calling, event management, social media, etc.
• Triage qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development
• Manage sales forecast
• Work closely with the field sales and marketing teams to close sales and achieve targets
• Report and track relevant sales information
Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Minimum 2 years B2B Sales/Inside Sales experience
Strong fluency in the English language, oral and written
Professional working proficiency in French
Excellent communication skills
Customer and problem-solving oriented
Ability to work on your own or in a team
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
